These puppies transition well from the muddy back roads to the everyday street excursions, keeping the noise to a minimum for a mud tire. Once again, General impressed us with the lack of street noise created by the X3. For the Return to the MacKenzie as we traversed the unforgiving land of fallen trees, mud-stricken trails, and gripping bogs, the Grabber X3 was the choice tire. Just like any tire, the deciding factor is determined by the terrain you travel. With wider siping, these tires allow for an aggressive approach through more technical terrain. Engineered as a mud terrain tire, the Grabber X3 has all the grit needed for off-roading in the mud, dirt, and rock. Also, they increase the X3’s chip and cut resistance to ensure a relatively smooth side on rocky terrains. After a great run with the General Tire Grabber AT2, we were stoked to try out the new Grabber X3.
